Meet Jenn

I started writing love letters in the Fall of 2022 as a way to turn my focus outwards towards the complexity, pain, and beauty of life. In the process, I am finding my way back to me. I spend many mornings writing to people, places, animals, nature, ideas, and also to hopes, dreams, fears, opportunities and worries. Some of these I post in the Letters section of the website. Some letters I share with those who inspired my writing. Most letters sit privately in my journal, waiting for their time to come into the light, or not.

Love letter writing shifts my energy to love. That simple. That powerful.

Meet Stacy

My introduction to love letter writing began as a gratitude practice. Curious about how to create spaces of connection and belonging, I began to write notes and letters of gratitude. The practice of recognizing, acknowledging, and appreciating all that I had to be grateful for - my husband, my daughter, that sweet moment in nature - connected me with my heart space and encouraged me to "make love a habit." As a mindfulness facilitator, I help people explore the nuances of their attention. Writing love letters can be a mindfulness practice that teaches you how to skillfully direct your attention toward love...moment to moment, day to day. Imagine your world with a little more love.
